Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Xentral platform (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Xentral is a sales operating system that provides CRM, communication (email and WhatsApp), an AI assistant, a lead marketplace, and quoting & invoicing tools. Features may change as the product evolves.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for the activity in your workspace and for keeping your login credentials secure. Each workspace is isolated; you must not attempt to access another customer's data.

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the users you invite and their permissions.

3. Your connected accounts & keys

You may connect your own email accounts, WhatsApp numbers and AI provider keys. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party providers, and for all messages sent and charges incurred through them.

Credentials you provide are encrypted and used solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk communications, to infringe intellectual property, or to violate applicable laws including data-protection and anti-spam regulations.

We may suspend workspaces that abuse the Service or put the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Marketplace, credits & billing

Marketplace credits are used solely for lead purchases and are separate from AI usage. Subscription fees, seats and any purchased credits are billed to the workspace owner. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Plans, prices and included limits are shown in the app and may be updated with notice.

6. Intellectual property

Xentral and its software are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the UAE.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
