1. Who we are

ICSL FZE operates Xentral (xentral.ae and app.xentral.ae). We are the data controller for personal data collected through our website and application.

Account data: name, email address, phone number, company name, business licence and TRN
Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps
Transaction data: licence payments and billing history
Business data: customers, contacts, quotes, invoices, payments and other records you create
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type

To provide and operate Xentral
To process payments and maintain transaction records
To send transactional emails
To verify business identity and prevent fraud
To improve features and user experience
To comply with UAE legal and regulatory obligations

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with payment processors, AI providers (only for AI features you use), messaging providers such as WhatsApp (only for messages you send or receive), infrastructure providers within the UAE/EU, and legal authorities when required by UAE law.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for the duration of your account and for up to 3 years after closure for legal compliance. Transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by UAE commercial law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact hello@xentral.ae. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication only. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and access controls. API keys stored in your account are encrypted at rest.
