Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Xentral (operated by ICSL FZE), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Access and licence

Xentral Books is offered as a licence for one year, paid once, with no automatic renewal. After the year, the account stays available for reading and export. The current price is shown on the pricing page. Xentral reserves the right to reject or revoke access at its sole discretion.

3. Prohibited use

• Spamming, harassing, or misrepresenting your company to customers or contacts
• Circumventing the payment or verification system
• Uploading false business licence documents
• Using the platform for unlawful purposes under UAE law

4. Data ownership

Data you enter into Xentral remains your property. Xentral does not use your business data for marketing or share it with other customers.

5. AI features

AI features are optional. ICSL FZE is not responsible for AI outputs. AI outputs are advisory only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, ICSL FZE's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to any claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
